Terms & Conditions

  1. Course Registration must be done online.
  2. Payment of course fees must be done upon registration either online or offline. Online payment is made with the use of credit cards. Offline payment is made with bank transfers, cash or cheques. All bank handling fees and charges are to be borne by your company.
  3. All registrations done online are confirmed, which means, they are legally binding. We will need your company to make payment for the invoice upon completion of the online registration.
  4. If you request for changes to course dates or changes to participants, an administration fee of SGD$50.00 is payable for each request and you will be billed for it.
  5. If you decide to cancel the registration, a cancellation fee of 30% of total invoice amount will be imposed if the cancellation is requested three weeks before the start of the course date. A cancellation fee of 40% of the total invoice amount will be imposed if the cancellation is requested two weeks before the start of the course date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice amount will be imposed if the cancellation is requested one week before the start of the course date. No fees will be refunded if the participant is a no-show on the day of the course.
  6. If the participant is absent on the day of the course, course fees will not be refunded. His place is deemed consumed unless there is official documentation of proof of absence such as a medical certificate issued by a doctor. The company must write in officially with documents to request for a postponement to a later course date. This request must be made on the said day of the course.   7. Only company sponsored participants who are Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents can be considered for funding under the Skills Future Funding by the SSG. All the SSG course codes are found in our website next to our course names. Companies wishing to claim funding for their eligible participants are required to inform us to request for assessment of suitability for funding. A processing fee of SGD$30.00 will be charged to your invoice.
  8. Individuals who wish to use their own SkillsCredit account to pay for their course fees are required to visit the SkillsFuture website online to request for payment directly. A processing fee of SGD$30 will be charged to your invoice.
  9. Hazmat Training reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
