Course Funding By Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG)

This course is Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG) approved for funding of course fees for company sponsored eligible Singapore citizens and permanent residents. The funding approval code is TGS-2023040680. We will check with SSG and assist companies for their funding of course fees. If you want to submit a claim for absentee payroll funding of eligible trainees, your company will have to do it online via the Skillsfuture website www.skillsfuture.gov.sg

Course Objective

At the end of the course, participants must be competent to process or accept dangerous goods consignments for shipping by air according to the ICAO Technical Instructions For The Safe Transport  Of Dangerous Goods By Air & the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.

Identifying roles and responsibilities
Understanding the importance of classification and packaging
Understanding hazard communication
Familiarising with basic emergency response

3.Complete acceptance procedures

4. Collecting safety data

 

Asssessment

A written assessment will be conducted at the end of the course. All successful participants will receive an IATA certificate that is valid for 24 months.
